Conditions:

  • You must provide clear evidence that the design does not meet the agreed-upon specifications or has significant issues that were not addressed.
  • You need to provide a receipt or proof of payment.

 

Revisions

We offer revisions to ensure the final design meets your expectations. If the initial design does not meet the agreed-upon specifications, we will work with you to make necessary adjustments.

Custom Design Services

Since our services involve custom graphic design tailored to your specific requirements:

  • Refunds are generally not available once work has begun or is completed.
  • If you are dissatisfied with the design, please provide detailed feedback within 30 days so we can make revisions according to the initial brief.

Processing Refunds

If a refund is approved, it will be processed, and the credit will be applied to your original payment method within a few days, depending on your payment provider’s policies.
