Refund Policy

WELCOME TO TVSTREAMNATION

We believe in our products 100%. We do our best every day to make you happy and put a smile on your face using our service, but we understand that our IPTV subscription plans can’t work perfectly for everyone all the time. If you are not satisfied with your purchase or have an issue that we are unable to resolve that renders the system unusable, we will be happy to give you your money back.

How do you submit a refund request?

Please make a note of your transaction request ID in the subject: “Refund Request” and a description in your email of the issues you are experiencing and the reason for this request. In some reasons you have to send us the proofs, we will send you the proofs in addition to our work and the things we have noticed and we must also show you to better explain our point of view and decision with more detail and more transparent.

Conditions:

Please understand and accept that we cannot provide refunds due to technical issues unless you allow us to attempt to resolve them appropriately and assist you. If we can’t solve your problem within 48 hours, we will refund your money. 

Please contact our 24/7 live support at any time if you need assistance. Refunds may only be issued within 7 Days of the date of purchase for the premium plan. After 7 Days, no refunds can be processed.  In that case, to get your money back quickly and avoid any issue with the payment gateway, we will send you directly your money using a direct transfer transaction. Because, If you proceed without contacting us, it may take around 20 to 31 business days. However, there are cases where the refund process takes longer, and it can take up to 90 days. We are not responsible for this time frame and delays. We are not a payment provider only an IPTV service provider.
We will only refund the full amount of the purchase made in less than 7 Days for the premium plan. All other refund requests will be partially refunded according to the period used for the subscription. IPTV support team will contact users for all refund cases.
Note: Each refund usually takes 20-90 business days, and it is not possible to reduce this period. Our payment processors will take care of refund requests. We will do our best to refund any user immediately after seeing the order and verifying the user’s information.

 

We will not issue refunds or partial refunds if:

Customer was not satisfied/like channel lineup or performance.
We suggest every customer to go for a trial before buying 1-12 months package.
When a user can’t setup their box and system on their end:
We will provide our best support for setting up boxes, hardware, applications and system in all cases of help request.

If some channels freeze, buffer, or don’t work sometimes:

Although almost all of our servers are stable, some channels sometimes freeze or not work due to various reasons but not permanently. Our expert engineers are always working on fixing it.

Most of the time, these issues are temporary and are caused by the following reasons:
– Customer fluctuations on the Internet.
– A problem with the box / applications / client setup in general.
– Your ISP has a problem.
– The channel is down from the server end.
– The client changes its mind and wants to opt out/switch between servers.
– Server update/reboot on our end (weekly performance essential).

In case the user/customer can’t watch there IPTV subscription plan for 7 Days due to server problem or any other problems caused by us and our end, we will refund the whole package price or add all wasted time on your subscription for free + some extra bonus we can negotiate together.

Note: Please do not apply for a 24-hour trial refund request.

Exceptions

We reserve the right to decline a refund request if we determine that a customer is not eligible for a refund under this policy.
